On Boarding

  • From the moment we sign you on we aim to have your property live and taking bookings within 5-10 days.

  • Our onboarding process will include: face to face call and/or in person meeting , onboarding document and a warm welcome.

  • No, there is no additional charge for our onboarding process.

Listing Creation

  • We can have your listings up and live within 5-10 days. The time taken to set up listings is normally dictated by how quickly you can provide us with all key information/details.

  • The main sites we utilise are: Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and Expedia. There may be other sites we use in order to maximise your properties potential.

  • Of course not, we can take care of your property from start to finish.

  • Without a doubt! It is your property so if you have any suggestions please mention them to our team.

Professional Photography

  • No! There is no additional charge for our photography service. It is all included in our extensive service.

  • We will utilise the photos in all of the product listings, social media and other marketing services.

  • We have no limit, but we will ensure we take at least 20-25 high quality images to ensure we portray your property exactly how it should be.

Listing Optimisation

  • There are many factors that will alter the success of your property here are a few: multi-site listing , social media exposure and most of all reviews.

  • We will provide you with fortnightly and monthly reports to keep you in the loop with your property.

  • We utilise multiple booking sites to increase your properties exposure and maximise its chances of bookings.

  • The booking prices of your property will constantly be changing due to many factors: time of the year, holiday seasons, time frame, size of booking, events on in the area and many more.

Guests

  • There is a couple of key steps in vetting our guests:

    • Official ID verification

    • Verify Payments

    • Verify previous reviews

  • No issues, we have a system in place to ensure all your guests will have the keys ready to get into your property during their stay.

  • We will recommend a lockbox that is proven to be safe and secure but you will be billed for this.

  • We are able to provide a member of staff to meet guests but this is not a requirement so will be discussed during onboarding. Some guests prefer a smooth non-contact self check in process.

  • Any issues with guests will be solved by our team with the correct procedure and drawn to a conclusion.

  • We will communicate with all guests through booking sites and provide them with a number to contact in the event of any emergency.

Maintenance & Insurance

  • During onboarding you will asked whether you would like minor issues to be resolved and billed to you without contact, if not we will be in contact for any issue no matter the size.

    For any major issues you will always be contacted before any work takes place to ensure you are happy with the arrangements.

  • Based on the type of damage we will either resolve the issue quickly or get in touch with you about the suitable steps we need to take in order to resolve the issue.

  • Through AirBnB your property is covered through Aircover and will provide up to $1,000,000 worth of damages for your property.

    On other listing sites we use an external insurance to ensure your property is covered.

  • During every clean your property will be monitored by our cleaning team to ensure all wear & tear issues are resolved quickly. One of our management team will visit your property once a month for an inspection to ensure property standards remain high.

  • We have trusted external contractors who will carry out the work on your property. However, if you have any contractors you would rather complete the work within your property, then please let us know.
